CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that consists of a mix of gymnastics, Olympic-style weightlifting, running, rowing, and powerlifting. CrossFit will work the 10 general physical skills needed to become fit:

The aim of this strength and conditioning program is to build a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. CrossFit is made for everyone and anyone, regardless of age, gender, size or fitness level. This makes CrossFit the perfect programme for all dedicated individuals, from beginners to advanced athletes.

CrossFit is a whole rounded fitness that is noticeable, measurable and repeatable. To be fully fit, you must have control over the following ten categories of fitness: Cardiovascular/ Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility/ Mobility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Whether it’s your first time walking into our CrossFit classes or your thousandth, you are walking into and becoming a part of a community that is supportive, uplifting, and inspiring. Before you start our mainstream classes we need to teach you to move safely and effectively, which we will do through our eight-week Fundamentals Course.

You can attend our fundamental classes which are on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6.15am, 12.45pm & 7pm or Saturday at 11am. Contact us for more info.
